PortsmouthTRX offers a number of different classes, 7 days a week to suit all members needs and abilities.

Every class, is run by a fully qualified instructor, who are first aid trained, fully insured and a member of The Register of Exercise Professionals. At every session the instructor will motivate and challenge you, whilst offering progressions or regressions to individual exercises.
